Problem/Question

The largest public school system in the country wanted to develop in-house skills in engaging with and learning from the families it serves across the city by facilitating a series of focus groups. They were especially keen to have conversations with enrolled and unenrolled target families as part of its roll out and expansion of 3K and PreK for all programs.

Outcome

As pre-approved vendors, we were quickly hired through our DOE MTAC contract QR1271E, to design and deliver a series of trainings on how to successfully plan and facilitate community focus groups to engage with and learn from young families exploring early education options.
