Public Good Consulting helps mission-driven organizations solve urgent challenges, improve performance, and scale programs that put communities first. We combine data, research, and analysis to uncover efficiencies, guide smarter decisions, and design practical strategies that work.

Founder & principal Tricia Davies brings 20+ years of experience leading programs, strategy, and operations across nonprofits, government agencies, and philanthropic initiatives. She holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Her policy research and operations management expertise has been honed through:

Government staff and management roles in federal and local government including US Treasury Department/IRS; City of New York Office, Mayor’s Office of Management & Budget and Department of Homeless Services

Financial planning and risk managementfor nonprofit and government clients with KPMG LLP public sector advisory services practice

Staff and board positions with local and international NGOs including Women In Need, Enterprise Community Partners (FKA Enterprise Foundation), CUNY Labor Market Information Services, Ark Foundation (Ghana), Nazareth Housing, local DOE public schools where she strengthened systems, implemented performance tools, and guided organizational growth.

Teaching and mentoring graduate students from NYU Wagner and Tandon/CUSP and Columbia/SIPA capstone classes.

Her mission is to help organizations make smarter, evidence-based decisions that create real, lasting impact.

Since 2017, we’ve partnered with this rigorous master’s program in quantitative methods, bringing top graduates and faculty expertise to our projects.

Pockets Change
An award-winning nonprofit teaching financial literacy through Hip Hop pedagogy and neuroscience. We partnered with them on a NYC DOE MTAC contract awarded in 2021, supporting youth and families in building long-term financial well-being.
