Evaluating Software Platforms for Government Programs

We were hired by the NYC Department of Small Business Services to implement and manage a multi-site software evaluation to define user requirements, assess ease of use and effectiveness for job matching software. Through partnerships with multiple contractors operating Workforce1 Job Centers, we gathered customer feedback, trained staff, analyzed various software options and made recommendations to commissioners of Workforce Development. Our Evaluation included recommendations for technical and systemic enhancements to improve mandated outcomes.
