Pricing Strategies for Nonprofit Earned Revenue

The local office of a national nonprofit managed a fee for service Managed IT consulting practice as part of its revenue model for years and was thinking ahead towards organizational restructuring. Its pricing model was also in need of an evaluation and update to better reflect changing resources.
Outcome
We worked with their program and administrative leadership to develop comprehensive pricing strategies including competitive price points for their Consulting and Managed IT Services that better supported its mission of “Helping non-profits use technology to better serve their communities.”
