Value at every stage

Starting from scratch?

Creating new programs or expanding capacity requires creative thinking and conversations with key stakeholders. We work with clients to develop a tailored project plan focused on answering the most important questions and moving forward strategically.

We facilitate strategy sessions to identify goals, explore ideas and generate engagement leads while cultivating relationships among key stakeholders.

Need to validate options?

Making change and determining what options to support requires deliberation supported by rigorous research and data analysis.

The Public Good uses a variety of analytical techniques to effectively address a client’s questions and provide the most useful insights for making decisions and moving forward. Some of the techniques we use include applied policy research, feasibility studies, asset inventories and pricing models.

Ready to implement?

The Public Good works with clients to move forward in implementation. We can help with executing tasks and crafting plans for monitoring and evaluating outcomes as well as designing strategies for continuous feedback and improvement.

Data is handed over to clients and technical training may be provided, if necessary.

Our goal is to harness the value of data and transfer it to our clients.

We’ve loved working on discovering western Queens with [The Public Good]. You have been a fantastic consultant and research partner, and I look forward to working together again.
